The Role

We're looking for a Tech Lead who leads by doing. Someone who architects systems, ships code, uses AI tools as a force multiplier, and brings a team along with them. You'll own the technical delivery of client products end to end — from scoping to deployment — while setting the bar for quality and speed on your team.

What You'll Do - Lead end-to-end technical delivery of web and mobile products for global clients - Architect scalable systems — from database design to API contracts to frontend structure - Use AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, v0, Claude) daily and drive adoption across your team - Integrate LLM APIs and AI features into production-grade products - Review code, set standards, and mentor 3–6 engineers - Work directly with clients — translate business requirements into technical decisions - Own delivery timelines, technical risk, and product quality - Collaborate with design, product,
