Hyderabad
Tech APM hustler — that's who we're looking for as an intern, with a real path to full-time employment.
If you love getting into the weeds of how a product actually works, think in recent technologies before anyone asks you to, and love turning "this feels clunky" into a fix that reduces bounces and drives conversions, all of which increases the overall consumer experience of the platform — this one's for you.
We're TAC, and we're building India's first OTT learning platform in the creative space. Not another course library — the one place any creative learner in India thinks of first. And we want you in the room while it's still being built from scratch, not after it's already figured out.
? Madhapur, Hyderabad (Work from Office)
? Any graduate
? Freshers welcome, or Tech APMs with less than 1 year of experience
? Internship → converts to Full-time
Who's TAC?
TAC (The Art Code) is a Hyderabad-based EdTech startup giving non-engineering grads — BA, BCom, BBA, BSc — from Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in AP and Telangana a real shot at creative and digital careers. Our whole philosophy: 30% learning, 70% doing. We're DPIIT-recognized, NSDC-affiliated, and moving fast across offline campuses, our OTT platform, and new verticals. Early-stage means high ownership — this isn't a job where you wait for instructions.
What you'll actually be doing
- Product-Tech Bridge — sit between product and dev, translate what users need into what gets built, and make sure nothing gets lost in that translation
- New Tech Research & Brainstorming — constantly explore new technologies,
tools, and frameworks, and figure out how they could actually improve our consumer flow, not just because they're trendy
- Consumer Flow Optimisation — identify friction points across the platform, understand where users drop off, and work on fixes that lead to fewer bounces and more conversions
- Feature Scoping — break down vague product ideas into clear, buildable specs devs can actually work with
- Data-Backed Decisions — use platform data and user behaviour to justify what gets prioritised and what doesn't
- Cross-functional Syncing — work closely with content and market folks too, since on our OTT platform, tech, content, and market decisions constantly affect each other
- Testing & Iteration — QA new features/flows before launch, and keep iterating based on real usage, not assumptions
You'll be working closely with a team of 4-5 people across content, product, and market who hustle the same way — folks who love cracking new, different ways to make the product go viral. No solo silos here, everyone's building together.
This is you if:
- You're a hustler at heart — you don't wait for a task, you go find the problem
- You think in new technologies and constantly ask "could this make the product better/faster/smoother?"
- You go deep into every inch of a user flow before you're satisfied you understand where it breaks
- Strong product thinking is a must — you can think in user journeys, not just features
- If you know how to code or prototype (any stack), that's a solid add-on, but not a strict requirement
- You're chill with ambiguity — give you a vague goal and you'll structure a real plan out of it
- You can crunch data AND explain it like a normal human, not a textbook
- You actually care about creative/EdTech, not just here for a paycheck
Why this is worth your time: ✅ You get to be the architect of what we build next — real products, from zero, and you'll learn exactly how each piece works
✅ Direct line to founders — your research isn't going into a drawer, it's shaping real calls
✅ Peer learning is non-negotiable here — we grow together, nobody hoards knowledge
✅ Fast feedback loops — your work becomes a decision in weeks, not quarters
✅ Front-row seat to building an EdTech company from scratch
✅ Strong performers convert from intern to full-time — this is a launchpad, not a dead-end
Ready?
Send your resume + a short note (150 words max) on one product or brand — EdTech, tech-first, or otherwise — that you think is doing something genuinely smart with its consumer flow or tech stack right now, and why. We care more about how you think than what's on your resume.
