Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end TEC/MTCTE certification projects for telecom and networking products.

- Coordinate with clients to collect technical documents, declarations, test reports, and compliance-related information.

- Review technical documentation and product specifications before application submission.

- Prepare and submit TEC/MTCTE applications through the official TEC Portal.

- Coordinate with TEC-designated laboratories for product testing and monitor testing progress.

- Track project timelines and ensure timely completion of certification activities.

- Coordinate with internal teams, testing laboratories, and TEC officials for smooth project execution.

- Respond to technical queries and resolve project-related issues during the certification process.

- Maintain project documentation, certification records, and compliance reports.

- Keep clients updated on project status and certification progress.

- Stay updated with the latest TEC notifications, Essential Requirements (ERs),



amendments, and regulatory changes.

- Ensure compliance with TEC guidelines and internal quality standards throughout the certification process.

Preferred candidate profile

- Hands-on experience in TEC/MTCTE certification, including application submission, documentation, and coordination with TEC-designated testing laboratories.

- Good understanding of TEC regulations, Essential Requirements (ERs), and certification procedures.

- Ability to interpret technical specifications, test reports, and regulatory documents.

- Solid project management and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple certification projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
