We are looking for an experienced Teamcenter Manufacturing Process Planning (MPP) Support Consultant with robust hands-on expertise in Teamcenter MPP/EasyPlan, MBOM, BOP, BOE, manufacturing structures, and production support. The role involves resolving functional issues, supporting end users, troubleshooting integrations, and ensuring data accuracy across manufacturing planning processes.

Role &

responsibilities :

- Provide production and functional support for Teamcenter MPP/EasyPlan applications.
- Analyze and resolve issues related to EBOM-to-MBOM transformation, BOP, BOE, routing, operations, and work instructions.
- Support and manage Product BOPs and Plant BOPs.
- Configure and support MBOM, BOP, MPP/EasyPlan, plant structures, work areas, resources, tools, fixtures, workflows, and release/effectivity rules.
- Troubleshoot engineering and manufacturing change processes, including ECR/ECO and MCR/MCN.
- Resolve ERP integration and mapping issues, particularly for SAP BOM and routing.
- Define validation checks and reconciliation reports to ensure MBOM/BOP/BOE completeness and data integrity.
- Troubleshoot workflow-related issues and support end users through timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with business, engineering,



manufacturing, PLM, ERP, and IT teams.
- Recommend standard manufacturing and Teamcenter best practices.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 5-10 years of Teamcenter support experience with strong exposure to manufacturing planning.
- Hands-on experience with Teamcenter MPP / EasyPlan.
- Strong knowledge of MBOM and EBOM.
- Strong knowledge of BOP and BOE.
- Strong knowledge of routing and operations.
- Strong knowledge of work instructions.
- Strong knowledge of plant and work-area structures.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing resources, tools, and fixtures.
- Experience in production support, issue analysis, troubleshooting, and end-user support.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering change management.
- Strong customer-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have :

- Immediate or Short Notice Joiner.
- Exposure to NX CAM and Tecnomatix Process Simulate.
- Experience with SAP/ERP or MES integration, including BOM and routing mapping.
- Exposure to multi-site/global rollouts, data migration, and manufacturing data validation.
