Role Purpose To manage endtoend processing, goverce, controls, and operational excellence for Special Product transactions, including Systematic Investment Plans (SIP), Systematic Transfer Plans (STP), Triggerbased transactions, CSIP, SPPF, and other specialized mutual fund transaction products. The role ensures accurate transaction processing, regulatory compliance, superior investor experience, process automation, vendor coordination, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

1. Special Products Transaction Processing

- Manage endtoend processing and registration of Special Product transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate registration of SIP, STP, CSIP, SPPF, Triggerbased products, and related facilities.
- Monitor daily transaction queues and ensure adherence to prescribed TATs.
- Validate transaction data, investor details, mandates, and supporting documents.
- Handle exception processing, transaction corrections, and remediations.
- Coordinate with RTA, banking partners, distributors, and internal teams for seamless processing.

2. Operational Controls & Compliance

- Ensure compliance with SEBI, AMFI, internal policies, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain high accuracy levels in transaction processing.
- Monitor control reports and investigate operational exceptions.
- Review transaction failures and implement preventive measures.
- Ensure audit readiness and support internal/external audits.

3. Customer Experience & Rejection Reduction

- Analyze rejection data and identify key trends and root causes.
- Drive initiatives to reduce registration and transaction rejections.
- Recommend process enhancements to improve investor experience.
- Monitor effectiveness of corrective actions through continuous reporting.




- Work with stakeholders to improve service quality and turnaround time.

4. Trigger & Systematic Product Monitoring

- Monitor triggerbased transactions and ensure timely execution.
- Track trigger failures and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Ensure timely settlement and reconciliation of CSIP claims.
- Review systematic product reports and identify process gaps.

5. Process Improvement & Automation

- Identify opportunities for process automation and digitization.
- Participate in implementation of workflow enhancements and system improvements.
- Prepare business requirements and support UAT for current initiatives.
- Drive operational efficiency through reduced manual interventions.
- Develop MIS dashboards and process monitoring tools.

6. Vendor & Service Provider Management

- Manage operational interactions with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain records of agreements, SLAs, pricing, and contractual commitments.
- Track vendor performance against agreed service levels.
- Conduct periodic reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate for issue resolution and escalation management.

7. Data Quality & Database Cleanup Initiatives

- Execute investor data remediation initiatives.
- Identify and rectify:
- Missing investor information
- Duplicate PAN records
- Bank account inconsistencies
- Invalid email domains
- Nominationrelated gaps

- Coordinate with stakeholders for data correction and compliance requirements.
- Monitor progress of remediation activities through periodic MIS.

8. MIS & Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational MIS.
- Track transaction volumes, rejection rates, accuracy levels, and TAT adherence.
- Present process performance metrics to management.
- Support management reviews with analytical insights and recommendations.
