Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of Healthcare Data Analysts and Researchers.
- Manage day-to-day healthcare data operations while ensuring productivity and quality targets are achieved.
- Monitor team performance through KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics.
- Plan, prioritize, and allocate work to ensure timely project delivery.
- Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions to improve data accuracy.
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow automation.
- Train, coach,



and support team members to enhance performance and career growth.
- Prepare operational reports and provide regular project updates to management.

Required Skills

- Robust leadership and people management skills.
- Experience managing healthcare data or healthcare research teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and operational processes.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Experience in Healthcare Data Management, Provider Research, Healthcare Analytics, or Healthcare Operations.
- Exposure to project management and process improvement methodologies is an added advantage.
