Job roles and Responsibilities :
Procure & Negotiate: Hustle daily for trucks, source open-market vehicles, and lock in the best competitive freight rates.
Lead Logistics Operations : Direct your team of Traffic Incharges to ensure seamless vehicle matchmaking, real-time tracking, and prompt POD/payment clearances.
Expand the Supply Network: Actively onboard new booking offices, broker networks, and fleet owners to scale operations.
A People Leader :
Experience managing a ground-level team (Traffic Incharges/Coordinators) to hit operational targets.
The Master Communicator: Solid command over Tamil to handle regional operations, with enough Hindi to manage broader coordination.
