Compensation & Benefits

- Salary: Up to ₹90,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage and motivate a team of sales executives
- Drive team targets and ensure revenue achievement
- Monitor performance and provide coaching & guidance
- Support team members in closing deals and handling clients
- Conduct site visits and high-value client meetings
- Implement effective sales strategies and improve conversions
- Ensure proper lead tracking, follow-ups, and closures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and clients

What We’re Looking For





- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Real Estate (Mandatory)
- Proven experience in handling and managing teams
- Strong knowledge of Bangalore real estate market
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Target-driven with a strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to train, mentor, and develop team members
