Position: Team Leader – Study Abroad SalesEligibility - Minimum 1 year of experience in the Overseas Education industry.

- Solid counseling knowledge of European countries, especially:
- France
- Germany
- Sweden
- Finland
- Other European destinations
- Excellent communication, counseling, and sales skills.
- Ability to guide students through the admission process and convert inquiries into enrollments.

Key Responsibilities - Achieve individual monthly admission and revenue targets.

- Lead, motivate, and support the counseling team to achieve branch targets.
- Assist counselors in handling complex student cases and closing admissions.
- Ensure excellent student experience from inquiry to enrollment.




- Maintain accurate CRM updates and sales reports.

What We're Looking For - Proven track record in study abroad sales.
