Position: Team Leader – Operations & Business Development Location: Jaipur Experience: Minimum 5 Years (At least 2 years in a Team Leader/Supervisory role) Salary: ₹30000-₹35,000 per month About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader to lead our customer support and operations team while contributing to business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset. Along with managing daily operations and team performance, the candidate will also support business development activities by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & OperationsLead, mentor, and motivate the customer support team to achieve operational goals. Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and service quality. Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews, and team meetings.

Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution. Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.

Customer Relationship

ManagementEnsure exceptional customer service and a high level of customer satisfaction. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers. Analyze customer feedback and recommend process improvements.

Business

Development (Secondary Responsibility)Support the Business Development team in generating new business opportunities.



Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients and partners. Identify opportunities to expand existing customer accounts. Assist in preparing business proposals and presentations. Coordinate with the sales team to achieve revenue and growth objectives.

Required

QualificationsMinimum 5 years of overall work experience. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English . Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Experience with CRM software and MS Excel. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Customer-focused with a positive and proactive attitude.

Preferred

SkillsExperience in customer support, operations, mobility, logistics, or service-based industries. Knowledge of KPI management, customer retention, and process improvement. Basic understanding of sales and business development activities.
