- टीम लीडर स्वयं अपनी टीम बना सकता/सकती है।

- उसे ऐसे लोगों को जोड़ना है जो ज़मीनी स्तर पर काम करने के इच्छुक हों और टीम के लक्ष्य को समझते हों।

- टीम लीडर की मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारी टीम के प्रत्येक सदस्य के कार्यों की निगरानी करना और उनके प्रदर्शन को समय-समय पर मूल्यांकन करना है।

- समय पर कार्य रिपोर्ट लेना और समस्याओं का समाधान करना उसकी भूमिका में शामिल है।





- तय की गई योजनाओं को ज़मीन पर उतारना और लक्ष्य के अनुसार टीम को दिशा देना आवश्यक है।

- टीम लीडर को अपने क्षेत्र में नियमित रूप से सक्रिय रहना होगा और जनता से सीधे संपर्क में रहना होगा।

- टीम लीडर के पास स्वयं का दोपहिया वाहन (Two-Wheeler) होना अनिवार्य है, ताकि वह समय पर फील्ड विज़िट और निगरानी कर सके।

- टीम लीडर को समय का पालन करते हुए कार्य में पारदर्शिता और ज़िम्मेदारी निभानी होगी।

Job Types: Full-time, Part time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
