Job Title: Senior Accountant

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to manage the organization's accounting operations, ensure compliance with statutory regulations, and support financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, PF & ESIC, taxation, GST, TDS, payroll, and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Reconcile bank statements, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
- Process journal entries, accruals, and adjustments.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Support payroll accounting and employee reimbursements.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.





Required Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
- CA Inter/CMA/M.Com preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, or ERP software (SAP/Oracle preferred).
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Financial Reports).
