Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-driven Travel Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with their travel requirements, selling holiday packages, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
- Sell domestic and international holiday packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.
- Prepare customized travel itineraries and quotations.
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings.
- Promote flights, hotels, visa services, travel insurance, and holiday packages.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the operations team for seamless travel arrangements.




- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up with prospective clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in Travel Sales, Holiday Package Sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office is an advantage.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in B2C travel sales.
- Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) is an added advantage.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently.
