Event Planning & Coordination

- Plan property launch events and customer meetups
- Coordinate with vendors and event agencies
- Arrange venue, stage, branding, and logistics

Marketing & Promotion Support

- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams
- Manage promotional campaigns and event branding
- Support social media event promotions

Vendor & Budget Management

- Collect quotations and negotiate with vendors
- Maintain event budgets and approvals
- Track payments and invoices
- Plan property launch events and customer meetups
- Coordinate with vendors and event agencies
- Arrange venue, stage, branding, and logistics

Coordination & Communication

- Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and site teams
- Coordinate with HR, admin, transport, and store teams




- Conduct team meetings and briefing sessions
- Handle guest/client communication

Event Operations

- Supervise stage setup, decoration, lighting, and sound
- Monitor food, seating, accommodation, and transport arrangements
- Ensure event runs as per timeline Manage emergency situations and quick problem-solving

Team Management

- Assign duties to staff and volunteers, Track employee attendance and shift timings
- Ensure discipline and smooth teamwork , Provide in office support to all departments

Post-Event Activities

- Oversee dismantling and material return
- Check pending payments and inventory
- Analyze event performance and improvements
- Archive photos, videos, and reports for records

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
