WE'RE HIRING – SITE SUPERVISOR (INTERIOR)

MN Interio LLP is looking for a smart, energetic, and responsible Site Supervisor to join our interior projects team.

Requirements:

- ITI / Polytechnic / Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Candidates with experience in interior fit-out projects are preferred.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to supervise site activities and manage manpower.
- Basic knowledge of drawings and site measurements.
- Positive problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day interior site execution.
- Coordinate with project managers, vendors, and workers.




- Ensure work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and project schedules.
- Monitor material usage and site progress.
- Maintain safety and discipline at the worksite.
- Prepare daily work progress reports.

Location: Mongam, Malappuram, Kerala
