The ideal candidate should have strong experience in web and mobile application development, team leadership, project planning, and code reviews. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the development team. Design scalable web and mobile application architecture. Review code and maintain coding standards. Assign tasks and monitor project progress. Conduct technical interviews and evaluate developers. Collaborate with Project Managers and clients to understand requirements. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions. Required Skills Strong knowledge of React.js, Node.js, Flutter, REST APIs. Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL or MongoDB. Good understanding of Git/GitHub. Knowledge of AWS,



Azure or Google Cloud is an advantage. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Qualifications B.Tech (Computer Science/IT), MCA, BCA, or equivalent practical experience. 5–8 years of experience in software development. At least 2 years of experience leading a development team.
