We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Architect with 10-15 years of progressive professional experience. In this role, you will lead the technical or structural design functions, drive enterprise-wide scalable solutions, and mentor engineering teams. You will bridge the gap between high-level business objectives and practical, innovative project execution.

Project Leadership & Management

- Spearhead projects from concept and pre-design to final completion and handover.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams including structural, civil, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), landscape, and interior designers.
- Oversee project budgets and timelines, mitigating risks and negotiating contracts.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress, ensure quality control, and resolve in office issues.

Design & Client Relations

- Translate client requirements into functional, innovative, and sustainable design proposals.
- Lead feasibility studies and prepare structural cost estimates and feasibility reports.
- Present design briefs and revisions to key stakeholders and clients.




- Drive green building initiatives and integrate sustainable design or LEED standards into projects.

Team Mentorship & Strategy

- Mentor junior architects and draftsmen, providing technical guidance and design reviews.
- Define conceptual frameworks that align with company standards, goals, and brand identity.
- Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and public authorities to secure building approvals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related discipline.
- Licensure: Valid Architectural License or registration (e.g., AIA, ARB, COA).
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of design and BIM software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, critical decision-making, and negotiation capabilities.
