Job Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of comprehensive design proposals for managed office space projects.

Ensure that design implementation aligns with client objectives, brand identity, and functional requirements.

Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

Ensure all design work adheres to relevant building codes, regulatory standards, and sustainability practices.

Produce and review detailed technical drawings using AutoCAD and other industry-standard design tools.

Coordinate team resources effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.





Minimum of 2-4 years of proven experience in designing and delivering commercial office spaces.

Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, with working knowledge of design and presentation tools such as SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Excel.

Robust understanding of commercial design standards, space optimization, and workplace strategy.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
