About Studio Kaari

Studio Kaari is a premium furniture, home décor, and interior solutions brand focused on timeless design, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts Executive to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and file GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
- Prepare and file TDS Returns and ensure timely statutory compliance.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- statements.
- Generate invoices, e-way bills, and e-invoices (where applicable).
- Reconcile GST, TDS, bank statements, and vendor/customer ledgers.
- Coordinate with the CA/auditors for audits, tax filings, and financial statements.
- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers/vendors.
- Prepare MIS reports, cash flow reports, and other financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with applicable tax and statutory regulations.




- Prepare sales and purchase entries, journal entries, and bank reconciliation

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent. M.Com or relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and organizational skills
