The Marketing Executive will be responsible for generating self-sourced leads also leads assigned by lead generation team through field marketing, referrals, social media, digital platforms, and networking activities to promote residential plots, layouts, and resale properties. The role involves identifying prospective customers, explaining project features, pricing, legal aspects, and investment benefits, arranging and conducting site visits, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales journey. The executive will maintain continuous follow-up with prospects, negotiate and close sales, coordinate with the CRM, Sales, Legal, Finance, and Registration teams, and ensure a smooth process from enquiry to booking and final property registration.



The candidate is expected to achieve monthly sales targets, maintain accurate customer records in the CRM, build long-term client relationships, and generate repeat business through referrals. Robust communication, presentation, negotiation, and customer-handling skills, along with practical knowledge of the real estate industry, CRM systems, plot sales, and registration processes, are essential for this role.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
