Job Title: Store Executive

Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Supply Chain Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Executive to manage daily store operations, inventory, and material movement. The ideal candidate should have experience in inventory management, stock control, and coordination with production, purchase, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inward and outward movement of materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders.
- Issue materials to production as per requisitions.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material issue slips, and stock registers.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and inventory audits.
- Coordinate with the purchase, production, and dispatch departments.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials.




- Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Operate ERP or inventory management software for stock transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory control procedures.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of inventory management and stock control.
- Experience with ERP software ( Tally, Busy, or similar).
- Good understanding of GRN, material issue, and stock reconciliation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Robust organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
