Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman to prepare accurate architectural drawings, working plans, and construction documents based on design concepts provided by architects and project teams. The candidate should have strong technical drafting knowledge, proficiency in design software, and understanding of construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, plans, sections, elevations, and detailing.
- Convert conceptual sketches into technical drawings and construction documents.
- Develop working drawings for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and site engineers.
- Revise drawings as per client feedback, consultant comments, or site requirements.
- Maintain drawing records, revisions, and documentation systematically.
- Ensure drawings comply with local building bye-laws and industry standards.
- Assist in quantity estimation and material detailing when required.
- Support project execution teams with accurate technical drawings.





Required Skills:

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (Mandatory)
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other drafting/modeling software preferred
- Positive understanding of architectural detailing and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Knowledge of building regulations and drafting standards
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Time management and ability to work under deadlines

Educational Qualification:

- Diploma / ITI / Certification in Drafting, Civil, or Architecture
- OR Bachelor’s degree in Architecture/Civil related field (preferred)

Experience Required:

- 1–5 years of experience in architectural drafting
- Experience in residential/commercial projects preferred

Software Knowledge:

- AutoCAD
- Revit (Preferred)
- SketchUp
- MS Office

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
