Senior Graphic Designer & Videographer

We are looking for a highly creative, self-driven professional who can independently manage projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should possess a strong design sensibility, storytelling ability, and technical expertise while maintaining a solution-oriented, client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead creative projects from ideation, concept development, design, production, and final delivery.
- Develop compelling visual communication across digital, print, social media, presentations, branding, and video.
- Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for campaigns, corporate communication, and digital platforms.
- Interpret creative briefs accurately and translate them into impactful visual solutions.
- Work closely with strategy, client servicing, and leadership teams to deliver projects within timelines.
- Ensure consistency in brand communication and maintain the highest quality standards across all deliverables.
- Mentor junior creatives and demonstrate leadership in managing creative assignments.

Required Skills

- Advanced proficiency in:
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- Robust understanding of visual storytelling, typography, layout, colour, and motion graphics.
- Hands-on proficiency in AI-powered creative tools and workflows,



with the ability to integrate AI effectively into the creative process.
- Excellent video shooting, editing, and post-production capabilities.
- Strong creative thinking with attention to detail and execution excellence.

- A proactive leader who takes complete ownership of projects with minimal supervision.
- Ability to understand client objectives and deliver strategic, result-oriented creative solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a professional, client-centric approach.
- Ability to understand and execute detailed written briefs independently.
- Excellent proficiency in English and Hindi (written and spoken).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Real Estate marketing and communications will be a significant advantage.
- Previous experience working in an advertising, branding, or digital agency environment is preferred.
