Job Title: Warehouse Executive (Tally Specialist)

Job Summary

Responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, inventory control, and the timely dispatch of electrical materials and products to project sites. This role requires expert-level handling of Tally ERP/Prime to ensure 100% accurate digital documentation, real-time stock tracking, and precise inventory reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

- Tally & Inventory Management: Maintain real-time inventory records in Tally ERP/Prime, ensuring all stock entries, godown transfers, and adjustments are updated daily.
- Material Receipt & Storage: Receive, verify, and systematically store incoming electrical materials against purchase orders and Tally records.
- Dispatch Operations: Prepare, pack, and dispatch electrical materials strictly according to site requirements, verifying technical specifications before final loading.
- Documentation & Compliance: Generate and maintain delivery challans, stock registers, invoices, and dispatch logs within Tally and physical files.
- Coordination:



Liaise closely with project site teams and procurement to ensure timely delivery of materials and minimize site downtime.
- Auditing & Reporting: Conduct periodic physical stock counts, map them against Tally inventory status reports, and promptly report any discrepancies.
- Housekeeping: Ensure the warehouse setting meets strict safety, cleanliness, and proper material handling standards.

Requirements

- Education: Diploma or Graduate degree (Commerce or Supply Chain backgrounds preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of core warehouse/inventory management experience.
- Technical Skills: Mandatory proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime (specifically Stock Journals, Godown Management, and Inventory Features) alongside strong basic skills in MS Excel.
- Industry Preference: Prior experience handling electrical materials or construction goods is highly preferred.
- Soft Skills: High numerical accuracy, excellent organizational habits, and strong communication skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
