About the Role

We're hiring an Electrical Technician to support the assembly, wiring, testing, and integration of our electric refrigeration units. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in electrical assembly or electromechanical manufacturing who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a fast-paced production workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform electrical wiring, crimping, wire harness preparation, and cable assembly.
- Assemble and solder PCB components, including SMD and through-hole components.
- Support the assembly and integration of refrigeration systems and electrical sub-assemblies.
- Read and follow wiring diagrams, assembly instructions, and work orders.
- Perform basic electrical testing and troubleshoot wiring or assembly-related issues.




- Ensure proper routing, termination, and quality of electrical connections.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, organized work area.
- Follow safety procedures and quality standards throughout the assembly process.

What We're Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in electrical or electromechanical assembly, manufacturing, or a similar environment.
- ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE, Mechatronics, or a related field preferred.
- Hands-on experience with crimping, wire harness preparation, soldering, and electrical wiring.
- Ability to read and interpret basic electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and workshop practices.
- Exposure to EVs, battery packs, refrigeration systems, HVAC, or automotive manufacturing will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment with a strong focus on quality and continuous learning.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
