Job Summary:
We are looking for a Human Resource Executive with at least 2 years of experience in the IT industry. The candidate should be able to manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and support day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfil staffing requirements.
- Manage employee onboarding and documentation.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
- Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential information.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the IT sector.
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
