Strategic Sourcing

- Develop and implement sourcing strategies for jewellery raw materials.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable domestic and international suppliers.
- Source gold, diamonds, precious and semi-precious stones, findings, chains, locks, packaging materials, and consumables.
- Maintain multiple sourcing options to reduce supply risks.

Procurement Management

- Manage the complete procurement cycle from requirement planning to purchase order closure.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
- Ensure timely procurement to avoid production delays.
- Monitor procurement budgets and achieve annual cost-saving targets.

Vendor Management

- Build long-term relationships with manufacturers, wholesalers, and suppliers.
- Conduct periodic supplier evaluations based on quality, pricing, delivery, and service.
- Resolve supplier disputes and ensure contractual compliance.
- Develop alternative suppliers for critical materials.

Cost Control & Negotiation

- Monitor fluctuations in gold and diamond prices.
- Identify cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality.
- Optimize procurement costs through strategic negotiations and bulk purchasing.
- Prepare cost comparison reports and vendor analysis.

Inventory & Planning





- Coordinate with production and inventory teams for material planning.
- Ensure optimum inventory levels while avoiding excess stock.
- Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
- Support demand forecasting and procurement planning.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure all procured materials meet company quality standards.
- Verify certifications for diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals.
- Ensure procurement complies with company policies and industry regulations.
- Support hallmarking and certification requirements where applicable.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare purchase orders, vendor agreements, and procurement reports.
- Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP/Gati software.
- Track supplier performance and procurement KPIs.
- Present monthly procurement reports to management.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Work closely with Production, Design, Sales, Finance, and Warehouse teams.
- Coordinate urgent procurement requirements for customer orders.
- Support new product development by sourcing innovative materials.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
