Job Description

- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, and accounts teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and feedback.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, and customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Ensure accurate documentation of customer interactions and transactions.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Fresher and experience both .
- 1–3 years of experience in CRM, customer service, or sales coordination (experience in the plywood, building materials, or manufacturing industry is preferred).
