Position Overview:
We seek an experienced Vice President of Franchise Sales to spearhead our preschool franchise expansion. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, and franchise operations, with a proven ability to establish processes and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust franchise sales strategy to accelerate network growth.
- Set up and streamline initial franchise sales processes, systems, and best practices.
- Identify and target potential markets while building relationships with prospective franchisees.
- Lead negotiations on franchise terms, agreements, and financials to finalize partnerships.
