We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to plan, execute, and optimize social media strategies for multiple client brands. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn accounts, understands platform algorithms, and can turn content into measurable engagement and growth.

- Plan and execute monthly content calendars across client social media accounts
- Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand voice and goals
- Write engaging captions, hashtags, and creative concepts for campaigns
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/DMs, and manage community interactions
- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, interactions) and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and content writers to ensure timely content delivery
- Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity
- Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads) in coordination with the performance marketing team
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Present monthly performance reports and insights to clients/internal stakeholders

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience managing social media accounts (agency experience preferred)
- Robust understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn best practices
- Experience with scheduling/analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hoot suite, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools for quick content edits
- Excellent written communication and copy writing skills
- Ability to interpret analytics and translate data into actionable strategy
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients/campaigns at once
- A creative eye for content trends, reels, and visual storytelling

Good to Have

- Experience running paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads Manager)
- Basic video editing skills (Cap Cut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency handling multiple brand accounts
