Field Marketing / Outdoor Marketing

Job Purpose

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting the company’s products and services through field visits, customer meetings, lead generation, market follow-up, and local business development activities. The role requires regular travel, direct customer interaction, and active support to achieve sales and marketing targets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation and Market Visit
Identify potential customers through field visits, market surveys, references, local enquiries, and business contacts.

Customer Meeting and Product Promotion
Meet customers directly, explain company products or services, share details clearly, and create interest among potential clients.

Follow-up Activities
Follow up with leads, enquiries, and interested customers regularly through phone calls and direct visits.

Sales Support
Coordinate with the sales team for quotation, product details, customer requirements, order confirmation, and closing support.

Market Information Collection
Collect details about customer needs, competitor activities, pricing trends, and market opportunities.

Daily Reporting
Submit daily visit reports, lead status, customer feedback, and follow-up details to the reporting manager.

Brand Promotion




Support promotional activities, campaigns, local marketing events, customer awareness programmes, and outdoor marketing initiatives.

Customer Relationship Management
Maintain a positive relationship with existing and new customers to improve business opportunities and repeat enquiries.

Required Qualification

Plus Two / Degree / Diploma or any relevant qualification. Experience in field marketing will be an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirement

Candidate must have a two-wheeler with valid driving licence.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary will be based on experience and company standards.
Additional incentives and travelling allowance will be provided as per company policy.

The ideal candidate should be active, confident, hardworking, presentable, and willing to work in field marketing. Candidate should be able to meet customers directly, generate leads, and support business growth.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
