Our destination-led shop-in-shop model offers construction and home improvement brands a unique platform to showcase their products while reaching both B2B and retail customers.

About the Role

DJ Infra Mart is looking for enthusiastic sales professionals who can generate business by connecting with builders, contractors, architects, interior designers, consultants, and homeowners.

This is a field-oriented role focused on developing business relationships, generating enquiries, and supporting sales at our Construction & Home Improvement Hypermart.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit builders, contractors, architects, consultants, interior designers, and project sites to introduce DJ Infra Mart.
- Generate enquiries and business opportunities.




- Build relationships with potential B2B customers.
- Assist walk-in customers at the store and provide product guidance.
- Coordinate with brands for quotations and product information.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Promote current brands, products, and store events.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in construction materials, hardware, sanitaryware, electricals, paints, plywood, tiles, or related industries is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with field visits.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
