Qualification – B.Tech/M.Tech in Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields, Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Life Sciences (Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biomedical Engineering or related field)

Experience – 1+ years of experience in technical support

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound B2B calls to hospitals, and educational facilities to identify their imaging requirements.

2. Answer incoming technical queries regarding product specifications, imaging software, and compatibility.

3. Coordinate with Sales Team and Application Team to book in office or virtual product demonstrations.

4. Excellent verbal communication and objection-handling skills to explain technical concepts clearly to professionals.

5. A solid foundational understanding of microscopy/ophthalmology techniques, digital imaging, and lab workflows.

6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to remain calm and professional while assisting frustrated customers with technical difficulties.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
