- Document troubleshooting steps and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of support processes and tools to enhance service delivery.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to foster their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Hadoop Administration.
- Experience with cluster management and monitoring tools related to Hadoop environments.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data ecosystem components.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in large-scale data processing systems.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and capacity planning for Hadoop clusters.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Hadoop Administration.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
