Accounts Executive – Warehouse

Accounts Executive to handle invoicing, dispatch documentation, stock records, and basic accounting activities at our warehouse.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare invoices and dispatch-related documents
- Handle purchase and sales entries
- Maintain stock and inventory records
- Update transactions accurately in Tally ERP and Zoho
- Maintain proper records of inward and outward stock
- Perform basic accounting and documentation activities
- Maintain reports and records using MS Excel
- Coordinate with the warehouse team for invoice and dispatch activities

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant experience




- Hands-on experience in Tally ERP & Zoho
- Experience in invoicing and dispatch documentation
- Knowledge of purchase and sales entries
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Experience in stock and inventory record maintenance
- Warehouse experience preferred
- Paint warehouse experience will be an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
