JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a creative and skilled Videographer & Video Editor to handle end-to-end video production, from planning and shooting to editing and final delivery.

The candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality videos for real estate projects, construction sites, completed projects, company branding, social media, promotional campaigns, employee activities, and client presentations.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of video composition, camera handling, lighting, audio recording, editing, storytelling, and social media content creation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. Videography & Content Creation

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for company projects and marketing activities.
- Capture videos of:
- Construction sites
- Villas and residential projects
- Commercial projects
- Interior and exterior spaces
- Project progress
- Project handovers
- Client testimonials
- Company events
- Employee activities
- Promotional campaigns
- Handle professional cameras, mobile cameras, gimbals, tripods, lighting, microphones, and other video equipment.
- Ensure proper framing, composition, lighting, exposure, and camera movement.
- Capture high-quality audio and ensure clear voice recordings.
- Create creative shots that highlight architectural, interior, and construction details.
- Coordinate with the marketing and project teams to understand video requirements.

2. Video Editing

- Edit raw footage into professional and engaging videos.
- Create videos for:
- Instagram Reels
- YouTube
- Facebook
- LinkedIn
- WhatsApp
- Digital advertisements
- Company presentations
- Add music, voiceovers, subtitles, transitions, text, logos, sound effects, and other visual elements.
- Perform colour correction and colour grading.




- Edit footage to maintain consistent visual quality and brand identity.
- Create short-form and long-form video content.
- Prepare promotional videos and project showcase videos.
- Create before-and-after project videos and construction progress videos.
- Make necessary revisions based on management and marketing team feedback.
- Deliver final videos in the appropriate formats and resolutions for different platforms.

3. Social Media Content

- Develop creative video ideas suitable for social media platforms.
- Create engaging Reels and short-form videos based on current social media trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create content calendars and video campaigns.
- Understand social media formats, aspect ratios, video duration, hooks, and audience engagement.
- Support the marketing team with creative content ideas.

4. Project & Team Coordination

- Coordinate with architects, designers, engineers, project managers, sales, and marketing teams during shoots.
- Plan shooting schedules based on project requirements.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of video content.
- Maintain proper organization and backup of all raw footage and project files.
- Maintain a structured library of company video assets.
- Travel to project sites and other locations as required for video shoots.

REQUIRED SOFTWARE SKILLS

The candidate should be proficient in one or more professional video editing software:

- Adobe Premiere Pro
- Adobe After Effects
- DaVinci Resolve
- Final Cut Pro

Additional skills in the following are preferred:

- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- Canva
- Motion Graphics
- Basic 3D visualization
- Animation




- Drone video editing

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Professional video shooting and camera handling.
- Knowledge of DSLR / Mirrorless cameras.
- Knowledge of camera settings, lenses, frame rates, shutter speed, ISO, and aperture.
- Knowledge of gimbal operation.
- Basic knowledge of lighting setup.
- Basic knowledge of professional audio recording.
- Knowledge of video formats, codecs, resolutions, and aspect ratios.
- Understanding of colour correction and colour grading.
- Knowledge of social media video requirements.
- Ability to create cinematic and visually appealing content.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in:
- Visual Communication
- Multimedia
- Film & Television
- Mass Communication
- Animation
- Media Studies
- Photography
- Or any related field.

Candidates with solid practical experience and an impressive portfolio may also be considered.

EXPERIENCE

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in videography and video editing.
- Experience in real estate, construction, architecture, interior design, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in creating social media content and Reels will be preferred.

Candidates must submit a portfolio or links to their previous work.
