Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented POD Follow-up Executive to ensure timely collection and closure of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents from transporters, branches, drivers, and customers. The role requires strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills to support timely billing and smooth operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with drivers, transporters, branches, and customers for timely collection of PODs.
- Track pending PODs and ensure closure within the defined TAT.
- Coordinate with the operations, billing, and customer service teams to resolve POD-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of POD status and update the tracker on a daily basis.
- Escalate delayed or missing PODs to the concerned stakeholders.
- Verify POD documents for completeness, signatures, stamps, and other required details before submitting them for billing.
- Support the billing team by ensuring PODs are submitted within the required timelines.
- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports on pending and received PODs.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of physical and digital POD records.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and customer-specific documentation requirements.
Required Skills

- Good knowledge of transport and logistics operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in the Transport, Logistics, Freight, or 3PL industry is preferred.
