Job Description – Kinaxis Solution Architect

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Kinaxis Solution Architect with strong expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro and Supply Chain Planning. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end solution design, implementation, and optimization of Kinaxis planning solutions while collaborating with business and technical teams to deliver scalable supply chain transformations.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement end-to-end Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro solutions for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;).
- Conduct blueprint workshops and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure and develop Kinaxis workbooks, dashboards, automations, scenarios, and custom workflows.
- Lead solution architecture, system configuration, data validation, and integration testing.
- Integrate Kinaxis with enterprise systems such as SAP and other ERP platforms.
- Develop technical specifications and support planning modules including Supply, Demand, Capacity Planning, Aggregate Supply, and S&OP.;
- Troubleshoot application and integration issues during implementation and post-production support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide user support during testing, go-live, and stabilization phases.
- Drive continuous improvement by reviewing existing supply chain planning processes and recommending enhancements.
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership across project teams.

Required Skills

- 8–20 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning and enterprise planning solutions.




- Strong hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro implementation and solution architecture.
- Expertise in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, and S&OP.;
- Experience developing Kinaxis dashboards, workbooks, automations, and custom configurations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP integration, preferably SAP HANA and SAP APO.
- Experience with data integration, validation, and system testing.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing experience.

Valuable to Have

- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Knowledge of GRC testing and enterprise governance processes.
- Experience working in global supply chain transformation programs.
- Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Kinaxis RapidResponse Authoring (Level 2/Level 3) certification.
- Kinaxis Solution Architect Certification is highly preferred.
