Job Summary

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for receiving, storing, handling, and dispatching goods efficiently while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment. The role requires adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and quality standards to ensure timely and accurate warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive incoming materials, inspect deliveries, and verify quantities against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Load, unload, move, stack, and organize materials using appropriate equipment and protected handling practices.
- Store goods in designated locations following FIFO (First In, First Out) or FEFO (First Expired, First Out) inventory principles, where applicable.
- Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders or internal material requests accurately and on time.
- Assist in dispatch activities, including preparing shipping documentation and loading vehicles.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory.
- Report shortages, damaged goods, discrepancies, and inventory variances to the Warehouse Supervisor immediately.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with housekeeping and safety standards.
- Follow all company health, safety, and security policies while using warehouse equipment and handling materials.




- Assist in arranging and optimizing warehouse storage space for efficient material movement.
- Support other warehouse and logistics activities as assigned by management.
- Maintain confidentiality of company inventory, records, and operational information.

Qualifications

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in warehouse, stores, logistics, or inventory operations is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse procedures and inventory management.
- Ability to lift and move heavy materials safely.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with inventory software is an advantage.

Working Conditions

- Work is performed in a warehouse environment.

- May require overtime, shift work, or weekend duties based on operational requirements.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
