As a Forex Executive at Jadwani Forex Private Limited, you will be responsible for assisting customers with foreign currency exchange, multi-currency forex cards, international remittances, Western Union, and MoneyGram transactions. You will ensure all transactions comply with RBI and company regulations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle foreign currency buying and selling transactions.
- Process Multi-Currency Forex Cards, Western Union, MoneyGram, and remittance services.
- Verify KYC documents and ensure RBI compliance.
- Generate bills and maintain transaction records in the software.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide forex-related guidance.
- Coordinate with branches and banks for smooth transaction processing.




- Maintain accurate daily reports and documentation.
- Support branch operations and business development activities.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, or any related field.
- Positive communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn RBI and forex regulations.
- Experience in banking, finance, travel, or forex is preferred but freshers with a strong learning attitude are welcome.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
