About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Lead UI/UX Designer to drive the design of intuitive, data-driven experiences for marketing and content analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UX strategy, dashboard design, and front-end technologies, with the ability to transform complex analytical data into user-friendly interfaces. You will collaborate with product managers, marketers, analysts, and engineering teams to deliver engaging, scalable, and high-performance digital experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesUX Strategy & Experience Design

- Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from discovery to final implementation.
- Define user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows.
- Design intuitive interfaces for marketing dashboards, reporting tools, and content analytics platforms.
- Ensure seamless user experiences across desktop and mobile applications.

Data Visualization & Analytics Experience

- Convert complex datasets into intuitive and visually engaging dashboards.
- Design user experiences that enable marketers and analysts to quickly identify trends and insights.
- Optimize layouts for KPI tracking, campaign performance, reporting, and decision-making.
- Collaborate with data teams to improve storytelling through visualization and interaction design.

User Research & Usability

- Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and stakeholder workshops.
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify usability improvements.




- Design solutions aligned with marketing workflows, customer journeys, and conversion goals.
- Continuously improve product usability, engagement, and adoption.

Design Systems & UI Consistency

- Create, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Develop reusable UI patterns and style guides.
- Ensure consistency across multiple products and platforms.
- Advocate accessibility, usability, and responsive design best practices.

Front-End Collaboration

- Work closely with front-end developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Translate Figma designs into scalable, maintainable front-end solutions.
- Support implementation using modern JavaScript frameworks and component-based architecture.
- Review implemented designs to ensure consistency with UX specifications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing analytics dashboards or enterprise applications.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with React.js or Vue.js using component-based architecture and state management.
- Expertise in Next.js,



including Server-Side Rendering (SSR), Static Site Generation (SSG), and performance optimization.
- Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern styling approaches such as Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or Emotion.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility (WCAG), interaction design, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing dashboards, reporting tools, analytics platforms, or data-intensive applications.
- Ability to convert complex business and analytical requirements into intuitive user experiences.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with marketing technology (MarTech), digital analytics, or content management platforms.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
- Familiarity with design tokens and scalable design systems.
- Understanding of SEO principles and performance optimization for web applications.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
