Job Overview:

Naik & Associates is looking for a energetic and result-oriented Sales Executive from a Mechanical background to drive field sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling industrial sales, client coordination, and frequent travelling to meet customers and expand business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new leads through field visits, networking, and market research
- Conduct frequent client meetings and site visits
- Promote and sell industrial/mechanical products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payments
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain proper records of sales activities and reports

Required Qualifications:





- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
- B.E in Chemical Engineering
- MBA in Marketing
- Candidates with experience in Industrial Sales will be preferred

Experience:

- 1–3 years of experience in Industrial/Mechanical Field Sales preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel may also apply

Skills Required:

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to travel frequently for field sales
- Lead generation and client coordination skills
- Good technical understanding of mechanical/industrial products
- Target-oriented and self-motivated

Language Requirements:

- Gujarati (Mandatory)
- Hindi
- English

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
