Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial objectives, challenges, and evolving needs through regular communication and meetings.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products and services that align with client requirements and contribute to revenue growth.
- Prepare and present customized financial proposals and solutions to clients,



clearly articulating benefits and addressing any concerns.
- Monitor client accounts, portfolios, and market trends to provide timely advice and ensure client investments and strategies remain optimal.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless client experience and issue resolution.
- Manage client expectations, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide informed advice to clients.
- Prepare regular reports on client activity, sales performance, and relationship health for management review.
- Participate in client events, networking opportunities, and industry conferences to expand skilled network and generate new leads.
