Experience: 3 - 5 yrs.

Facilities: - Transport, Canteen, 5 days Working

Industry Area : Heavy Fabrication / Oil & Gas Industry (MNC)

(Note : 2 Years Bond)

Required Technical Competency :-

1.Additional certification in Hardware, Networking, Server Administration, CCNA, Microsoft, or equivalent IT infrastructure courses.
2. Experience in manufacturing / engineering industry IT support will be preferred

3. Desktop and laptop troubleshooting

4. Hardware replacement such as RAM, SSD/HDD, battery, SMPS, keyboard, display and other components
5. Windows installation, driver installation and software configuration
6. Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams and Microsoft 365 support
7. Basic networking knowledge including IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN and internet connectivity troubleshooting
8. Printer, scanner and peripheral installation and configuration
9. Basic Active Directory user support such as user creation, password reset, account unlock and access support 10. Basic server administration
11. Basic firewall, router, switch and Wi-Fi troubleshooting
12.



IT asset management
13. End-user support in manufacturing plant environment
14. Documentation of IT support activities, asset records and SOPs
15. Coordination with IT vendors and service providers
16. Basic backup monitoring and escalation
17. Awareness of IT security and data protection practices

Pay: ₹30,000.41 - ₹40,000.80 per month
