Role Overview
The Executive Assistant (EA) to the Managing Director provides high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to ensure the MD’s office runs efficiently. The role requires solid organizational ability, discretion, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
Manage the MD’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing documents
Act as the first point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders
2. Communication & Coordination
Draft and manage correspondence (emails, letters, internal communication)
Coordinate meetings, board discussions, and follow-ups
Liaise with senior leadership, clients, and partners on behalf of the MD
3. Operational Support
Track key projects and ensure timely execution of action items
Maintain records, documents, and confidential files
Assist in decision-making by compiling data and insights
4. Meeting & Event Management
Organize internal and external meetings, including logistics and minutes
Prepare meeting summaries and track action points
Support planning of company events or leadership offsites
5. Confidentiality & Discretion
Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality
Maintain professionalism in all interactions

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
3–8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization and time-management ability
Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
