Job Details:

For our expanding retail network of Multi-Brand Outlet (MBO) and Exclusive Brand Outlet (EBO) outlets throughout Kerala, we are seeking a highly responsible and process-driven Senior Executive/Assistant Manager-HR & Payroll to oversee end-to-end HR operations.

Strong experience in payroll management, statutory compliance, manpower planning, and retail HR operations is necessary for this important position with high accountability.

Responsibilities:

Payroll & Statutory Compliance (Core Responsibility)

Manage accurate monthly payroll processing

Handle PF, ESI, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory compliance

Ensure timely filings and labour law adherence

Manage Full & Final settlements

Coordinate salary processing with accounts team

Recruitment & Manpower Planning

Manage hiring for Store Managers, ASMs, and Sales Staff

Reduce hiring turnaround time

Plan manpower as per store productivity

Coordinate with consultants and job portals

Attendance & HR Operations

Monitor biometric attendance across stores





Manage leave records, weekly offs, and overtime

Issue offer letters, appointment letters, increment letters

Maintain employee documentation & HR policies

Performance & Employee Engagement

Support implementation of KPI-based appraisal systems

Monitor probation confirmations

Drive engagement initiatives and reduce attrition

HR MIS & Reporting

Prepare monthly HR dashboards (Attrition %, Cost per hire, Salary-to-sales ratio, etc.)

Provide structured HR reports to management

Required Skills

3+ Years of work experience

Strong payroll and labour law knowledge

Experience handling large frontline workforce

Excellent Excel & reporting skills

Process-oriented mindset

High ownership and execution capability

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
