We're looking for a Team Leader to drive our Field Sales efforts in Surat. You'll lead a team, own the sales lifecycle, and be the face of ShopDeck for merchants across categories — while building the communication, coordination, and leadership skills that come with managing a growing business. Key Responsibilities

Create and execute business plans to hit sales goals

Manage the entire sales lifecycle using various sales tools

Build and manage meaningful business relationships with prospects, clients, and colleagues

Train and grow your team's product, sales, and process knowledge

Meet assigned sales quotas

Set team targets and conduct product presentations for clients





Deliver individual and team onboarding proposals Requirements

Any Graduate / Postgraduate; business acumen preferred

4+ years of field sales or direct client meeting experience (digital media, internet marketing, software product/services, or technology sales preferred)

Minimum 1 year of team management experience

Strong understanding of e-commerce activities

Experience selling solutions via direct meetings

Proven track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas

Fluency in the local language; working knowledge of English

Ability to work independently

Must be based in Surat, Extensive knowledge of the local market What We Offer
