Team Leader – Sales

Experience Required

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the automobile industry
- Previous team handling experience preferred
- EV industry experience is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate the showroom sales team
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Conduct product presentations and test rides
- Coach and develop sales executives
- Prepare daily and monthly sales performance reports

Requirements




- Robust leadership and communication skills
- Target-driven and customer-focused
- Good negotiation and closing skills
- Valid driving licence preferred
