Job Summary highlight project details/what is exciting about the role :The Reporting Analyst is responsible for designing, developing, automating, and maintaining operational, performance, and business intelligence reports. The role requires strong analytical abilities, advanced technical skills, and experience in deriving insights from complex datasets to support business decisionmaking. The analyst will act as an SME for reporting processes, data integrity, visualization standards, and stakeholder reporting requirements.2.

Key Responsibilities list what the person will be doing on a day to day basis:% of time1. Reporting & Dashboard Development

- Design, build, and automate operational, performance, SLA, and business dashboards.
- Develop and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reporting packages/presentations for leadership, clients, and crossfunctional teams.
- Build interactive dashboards using tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timely delivery of reports.

1. Advanced Data Analysis

- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and outliers.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to business leaders.
- Build forecasting or scenariobased analysis models when required.

1. Data Management & Quality Control

- Manage data extraction, transformation, validation, consolidation, and publication pipelines.
- Conduct QA checks to ensure data consistency across systems.
- Collaborate with IT/Data Engineering teams to resolve discrepancies.

1. Process Improvement & Automation

- Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort.
- Develop macros, scripts, or automated solutions (Google Sheet, Excel VBA, SQL, Python preferred).
- Optimize existing dashboards and reports.

1. Stakeholder Collaboration

- Work with Operations, WFM, Finance, and Client Reporting teams to understand requirements.
- Act as reporting SME in internal and client discussions.
- Support internal and external audits.





Essential Skills:

Technical Skills

- Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, macros, VBA).
- Good SQL proficiency (queries, joins, functions, stored procedures).
- Experience with BI tools: Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Qlik, or similar.
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Understanding of relational databases, data schemas, APIs, and reporting systems.

Functional & Analytical Skills

- Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
- - Ability to convert raw data into meaningful insights and executivelevel summaries.

- - Experience working in BPO/Shared Services/WFM/CX environments (preferred).

Soft Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple deliverables.
- Selfdriven and able to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

- Extensive experience in Reporting, MIS, Analytics, or Workforce Management.
- Strong background in building, automating, and maintaining dashboards and reporting models using Excel, SQL, and BI tools (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with WFM systems such as Verint, Genesys, IEX, Beehive, Aspect.
- Exposure to predictive modelling, statistical analysis, or MLbased analytics.
- Experience supporting clientfacing reporting deliverables in multisite or largescale operations.
- Solid understanding of KPIs like SLA, AHT, Shrinkage, Occupancy, FTE, intervallevel metrics, etc.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate across Ops, WFM, Finance, and Client teams.
- Strong attention to detail and a datadriven mindset.
