Role Summary The Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales, managing a team of Visa Counsellors and Telecallers, ensuring daily targets are achieved, improving conversion ratios, maintaining discipline, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

This role requires someone who leads from the front—not just by supervising but by consistently delivering outstanding personal performance.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership

- Lead and manage the complete sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Ensure every counsellor meets daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs.
- Personally assist in closing high-value clients.
- Increase overall conversion rates through coaching and sales strategy.
- Drive registrations and maximize revenue generation.

Team Management
- Conduct daily morning sales meetings.
- Review individual performance every day.
- Assign daily call and follow-up targets.
- Monitor discipline and productivity.




- Conduct role-play sessions and objection-handling training.
- Create a winning and competitive sales culture.

Sales Operations
- Ensure CRM is updated accurately.
- Track inquiries, follow-ups, conversions, and lost opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with the Visa Filing Department for seamless client onboarding.
- Improve operational efficiency and turnaround time.

Client Relationship Management
- Resolve escalated client concerns.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Maintain the firm's professional reputation through ethical practices.

Daily KPIs The Team Leader will monitor and ensure achievement of:
- Daily follow-up targets
- New client consultations
- Registrations
- Team revenue
- Conversion percentage
- Productivity reports
- CRM updates
- Quality assurance checks
- Team attendance and punctuality

Candidate RequirementsEssential
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Immigration Sales or Education Consulting.
- At least 2 years of team handling experience.
- Proven record of consistently achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK, Europe, UAE, and other immigration pathways.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.




- Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

Salary Structure ₹45,000 – ₹75,000 per month
